Who operates the app
Node Cycle Puzzle is operated by Mihăiță Cătălin Gherghiceanu, Romania. Contact: mihaimcg@yahoo.com.
Data stored on your device
Completed levels, star scores, the number of daily challenges completed and your haptic feedback preference are stored locally on your device. At first launch, you can enter your date of birth for age-appropriate ads or skip this question. The date of birth is used on the device only to determine an age band and is not saved or sent. The age band is saved on the device; you can update it in Settings. If you skip, your age is treated as unknown and ads use child treatment. The app does not require an account or request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. Uninstalling the app removes local game progress and the age band, subject to your device's own storage and backup behavior.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display a banner with a maximum G ad content rating. Google's SDK may collect and share your IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers (including an advertising ID for eligible adult ad requests) to show ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. An IP address may indicate an approximate location. Ads for children and users of unknown age use child treatment: personalized ads and remarketing are disabled and the Android advertising ID is not transmitted in those ad requests. We check consent status through Google's User Messaging Platform at each launch. For children and users of unknown age we set the under-age-of-consent signal, so UMP does not ask them for consent. When an adult choice is required, the relevant consent form is shown before ad requests. If available in your region, you can reopen your privacy choices from Settings in the app.
Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. Learn about ad choices in Google services. The app does not sell your locally stored puzzle progress.
Sharing, security and retention
Locally stored game progress is not sent to our server. Advertising and consent providers may process data under their own policies. Ad and consent information is exchanged over secure connections provided by their SDKs. Google controls retention of data it collects for ads. Locally stored game progress remains on the device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Your choices
You can use Settings → Privacy Choices where this option is required, use Settings → Update Age for Ads to change the saved age band, manage the advertising ID in Android settings and clear game progress by clearing app storage or uninstalling. For privacy questions, contact mihaimcg@yahoo.com.
Changes
We may update this policy if the app or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be shown here with a revised effective date.
